yes it is. Go to the dollar store and look for some really small thin bubber bands (maybe women use them for hair?). Put them one at a time on the ball link on the low speed needle, and wrap the other end around the fuel nipple.
Like i said, put one at a time until the throtle shuts by itself whenever you let go of the carb boot. Obviously do this without your radio on. A fail safe will keep you safe from loss of signal or low battery, but not from a radio glitch, connectors coming loose, linkage problems etc. matter of fact it is far more helpful to me then a failsafe.
