Thanks, for the information, that is what I was guessing.
For those who do not understand grams I converted the weight to pounds and ounces for you. 3600 grams is 7 pounds 15 ounces and 3700 grams is 8 pounds 2.5 ounces.
It makes sense to me that the minimum dry weight without fuel should be somewhere between these 2 weights including a personal transponder.
