Since I started some bitching, here's a follow up. Rick has bent over backwards to make sure I became a satisfied costumer. Hell he's done more then I asked! My complaint was never with his work. We had a very bad miss communication problem that we solved. I apologized to rick,he excepted, we were able to work it out. Hell he even sent me some of his oils,free! They work too. I will be stocking up on his air filter oils and after run oil for sure. So with that said can't we all just get along?
