pro3racer, get you some lunsfords if you don't have any, that and either Losi or RPM ballcups and you should be fine. On the 4R or 4F mount I've never used a 4R in the front(if that is what you are talking about)so I can't say. If you need more traction go to softer tires and a softer insert. Have you tried Sorex 20's with HPI yellow insert? That and then go with softer springs and lighter oil. Also, more droop will slow the reaction of the car down too which will help. A 4 in the front(either 4R or 4F) will give you 4 degrees kickup with the Losi high roll center blocks and 2 degrees of kickup with the Losi low center blocks assuming you use the correct holes on the bulkhead for the correct RCblock. Kickup will lessen the steering response which makes it good for really bumpy tracks like parking lot or poorly made indoor tracks.
