EZrun/hobbywing/Yeah 9T/35A kit (or get the 60A esc) The kits with the finned motors. Lipo compatble.
Its really fast, reliable & 1/2 the price of the big name brands.
Good enough to be the spec system(13T) for Australian Mini Racing.

I have 3 of these kits in different cars. If you get the 9T, stock up on tyres. I went down to the slower 12T in as the 9T was a bit fast in my Xray for fun racing with friends. I have the 9T in my drifter & in my mini basher.
Remember, the faster you go, the crashes get more frequent & more expensive
