I would run 30% for sure i switched last year from 20% Bryon's to ColdFusion 30% and man the 30% ColdFusion is much better i get a lot smoother Idle and the motor temp stays around 220. In a 30min race it might get up to 225-230 and motor makes ton of power and runs GREAT.
