For the price I think they are the best value in the hobby. Yes they don't compared to Hudy, EDS, or Thorp. BUT for $15 they are an awesome product. I bought a set when I went to a race and forgot my more expensive hex drivers. I have had them for a year and a half and still look new. They are plastic handled and you can't replace the tips. But I still like them.
