YES, that is the best servo on the market right now. It will last for 3-5+ years easily and hold its center. High end Hitec's are nothing like the low- to mid grade ones.
+1 it's the most proven servo out there period! I can't say it's the best because the new(ish) 7940 and 7950 take the 7955 one step farther. Overall for the price the 7955 wins every time. If you want the VERY BEST the 7940 and 7950 are the only option. I can't say enough about any of those 3 servos!
