I was able to get it off the fiberglass upper deck using a chisel tip on the soldering iron and 650 degree heat. As long as you keep moving the fiberglass will hold up to the heat, for a short period of time anyways.
Still investigating for the lexan parts. I emailed Loctite (got a reply in less than 24 hours), here is their response:
Aaron, if you are simply trying to remove the residue from these parts, it does require aggressive solvents like methylene chloride and this can attack both of those plastics unfortunately. There is a company called Dynaloy, Inc in Indianapolis who sells safe dissolving agents for many chemistries. Give them a call at 317 788-5694. They may offer a more suitable solution. The threadlockers are anaerobic chemistry.
