Off the top of my head, youll need, A-arms, axles, tie rods front and rear, trans gears, id also get p2 rockers but p3's wil work. a sway bar set is a must. as for hop ups id go with tekin and get the 150cc tank, sway bar set, go single servo, move rx forward, lower battery.
