The first thing anyone should do at any track is watch who is putting in the fast laps. Then ask that person what tires he is running. Tires are 80 plus % of a good set-up. After finding that out, go as fast as you can without crashing. More than half of all crashes are caused by having too much motor/engine! So if your laps times are held hostage by numerous crashes, de-tune things a hair.

tom stober found that out...i was like why you only run those damn ofna tires for?once he went to something good he be like holy shit this is what good tires do.
im going to have to get used to the new found horsepower for this summer.i ran that js prototype for ed bridges...alls i can say is wow...i wasnt used to having that kinda torqe/top speed...i was actually faster with a slower engine....lol
