I've heard/seen a couple run.
Most guys didn't run them long.
I didn't feel like it was actually any louder than a typical pipe, but the note/tone is totally different. It's more of a deeper/flatter "blaaatt" than a high pitched buzzsaw/ring. Total decibel level between a typical 2-chamber and these isn't that drastic; just my thoughts.
