Yes they are that strict. TCS is a tight ship and if somone calls you on one of the rules, you can be DQ'd. They run a tight ship because if this guy or that guy can do it, then we can do it, and it gets out-of -control. I raced TCS since it started and if you were bending the rules or flat out cheating, you were DQ'd.
