I actually find the 1110 software has the best all around performance for 17.5 and 13.5 motor (or may be 10.5 11.5 motor too). At least, 1110 software does cool down the motor by a lot (if gearing correctly). Performance wise, I don't see any advantage from 1107 over the 1110. Except 1107 get the motor hotter for no other reason.
Give 1110 software a try...........
