I took a few measurements already...

The factory setting (middle of the slot) is at a true 30deg timing, what most other manufacturers call zero.

Fully retarded on the endbell is -10deg from that, fully advanced is +10deg from that.

For some reason SP have marked the endbell to give the impression that the range is only from 0 to 10, with a default of 5. That is clearly wrong as there is 20deg movement in the slot.
