I'm currently busy with designing my own 1/10 onroad and I want to use the diff eccenters which are used on the V10, because they are simply superior to all other designs.
But since I don't (yet) own a V10 I can't take dimensions myself, so I would like to ask if someone could take them for me.
To make it easier I made a mock up of the part.
The dimensions are made up, so if someone could replace them by saying 40=...
8=...

If I have all the dimensions I know if the part will fit my design and I will be able to order the part.

Not sure if this applies to what you're trying to accomplish or not, but it looks like the mounting holes for the part are offset from the diff centerline in the manual. If they are, then I would think you need the distance between the diff centerline and the mounting holes centerline. No?
