Look for threads on here from Houston's and EB Mods... also Hotmods... and then there is Clockworks... I only personally have experience with Hotmods, but Monty (Houston's) learned from Jim Hottinger (Hotmods) I think.
Also... for an inexperienced driver... no need to mod it. Run it stock. It's a good little engine.
