I will say they have the best customer support I have dealt with in a very long time. I had a speedo go bad and instead of telling me to send it in, they said we will send you a new one with a return packing slip. When I receive the new one, I was told to put the old one in the box and send it back.
Most other companies want the old one back to diagnose the problem. Tekin is good with this. It only took a week to send in my old and get a new one back. LRP took 3 months to even get any acknowledgment.
