Thanks for your help. This is my first post, but I've been reading this forum for a while and find it to be very helpful and informative.
Welcome Durge. Those screws allow you to set your droop on your arms. They limit the amount of travel in your suspension. I set mine at 5mm both front and rear. Either use calipers and set them up like the manual suggests, but to further tune them you will need droop blocks/guage. These are what you need. They're other brands that are cheaper that do the same job. Good luck and have fun with your v.II
