I don't have anything against the Z-car. The only thing is that the kit seems like a great deal, however, the parts are outrageously expensive compared to other brands. Reason being is that I can go on ebay and get so many parts from a kit that someone stripped down for way cheaper. For instance, I won an MBX6 chassis for $35. The extended version of the Z-car chassis with the rear extended cvd is $125! After upgrading to that later, when chassis is worn or getting the big bores, that would put me right at the cost of an RC8B or MBX6 just about.

If the prices of the parts was less for the Z, then I could be interested in trying it out. But since I can get extra parts on ebay for my mbx6 for a lot cheaper, I am gonna stay with Mugen. Same thing with the D8, parts can be had everywhere for much cheaper.

For instance, why are arm mounts $90????
