I personally know the people running Dialed INC and they are the nicest guys in this hobby I have met so far. When they basically tell me I'm an A-Hole for asking where my bags are then I have an issue! I asked a simple question and got slammed. I'm not you're average Joe and am willing to spend extra....got treated like crap so I responded in kind.
