If by lockout you mean the (brass ferule), it was too long so i put on an extra that I had for my 8T2.0. Everything is fine now. Running othe 4th tank.
must use the losi collet with the losi flywheel
the other collet will work for most standard 3 shoe clutches
use an adjustable wrench on the outside of the clutch where the clutch pins thread into to keep flywheel still while tightening .
