Tc5 man, I'm not the best at grammar or spelling, but your posts are very hard to understand. For as much as you post, the least you could do is proofread and use punctuation.....just a thought.
As far as taping foam inserts, I think its a bad idea. Over time the tape could work free and could cause an unbalanced wheel. If you are having problems with "ballooning'' tires, you should try LPR tires and/or AKA foam.
