You should visit Cyprus. The weather is always nice. It rains a couple of times per year but when it does its always on raceday.
The 2 speed is just fine now. After some time and springs loosened up and the engagement was much better.
As for the drivetrain I didn't mean that the parts are heavy just that it wasn't spinning freely. I cleaned the bearings with some bearing oil and now they are spinning like crazy.
