I think chatter could be caused by a few different things. Shocks could be a big part of it. It seems to me if your loaded tyre is gripping hard then releasing it would skip. I would try the glue trick. It might let the tyre slide a bit more. On the other hand if you dont think it's effecting performance does it matter?
