Sorry for my ignorance, but I thought that the 103 and 104 wheels (front & rear) were the same???
So, there's an arbor for the F103. I'll see if I can find a source.
I'm very new to F1. Built my car 3 weeks ago. I have only had 2 races. I've got a lot to learn, but I'm having a lot of fun with my F104.
