Integra, do you use any kind of lock washer with those screws?
you can use a small 3mm loc washer...or just use a drop of loctite....i normally do it for a while till the threads are caked and stick by themselves.

Ti screw's have a tendency to snap before stripping.....which would lead to a Messed up output gear on the servo...not a super expensive mistake...but one that could be avoided.
