If you want to run 2 degrees toe in on the rear, just change the spacers in the rear suspension mounts.
Running outboard toe-in (ie.. hubs angled in at 2 degrees) allows the suspension to operate with less binding. It gives the car a different feeling on the track. You have to move the arms forward on the hinge pin also to get the same wheelbase since the spacers are not angling the arm forward.
