Bought a Blitz last week and I've been itching to do some practice at a track. I'm going to use the stock tires for now. Maybe might bring my mini-revo too since this track is the perfect size.
As far as driving tips. I'd say come on down and get a feel for your truck on the clay and go from there! The clay is a beautiful thing, once you can get your truck hooked up it runs on rails. Theres plenty of people there to help you out with set up's. I'll be there wensday with my SC10 tearing up the turns!
