The big question about the rubber tires is if they are going to be in a usable compound? Is it a direction that Tamiya is going go for TCS, or are they going to be typical hard crap kit tires that are hard as rocks and not usable for anything but looking good on a shelf.
I prefer to stay with foams for F1. Yes, you have to watch rollout and ride height, but the grip they deliver is great. It just adds another element of tuning for the cars.
