I'm thinking a lot of has to do with driving style too... I've got a punchy trigger driving style, and the spx on profile 7 is probably not a good place to be. Maybe i gotta be smoother on the acceleration.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Just do what I was doing today when I was running my 17.5 car with the MuchMore 36's and just drift with the cold tyres, oddly my 10.5 car with Sorex 36's had more grip in the cold. I should've been using 27's today but I had with me were 36's.
Cold tyres + cold track + off camber corners = alot of sliding, which proves to be interesting.
