For those people running the M05, what weight is your car ready to race? Having recently switched to the M05, I'm using the same Lipos that I use in my M03, along with the 65g of weight added to the bottom of each pack. Is this extra weight necessary/recommended with the M05 as well?

My M05 is about 100g over the 1250g minimum weight limit for our mini class, so there's no point carrying the extra weight around if it's not giving any benefits in the M05. I race indoors on carpet, and my M03 does grip roll if it's too light, and the M05 does occasionally do it, even with the extra weight on the battery.

I've got a Xevo conversion kit on order for my M03 though, so may have to keep the LiPo weights on, depending on what the weight of that chassis is ready to race...
