There sems to be quite a few posts on stripped screws and loctite.
I put a dot on the work bench and dip them in as I go wipping off the excess.
When you remove a screw with dried up loctite, I hit it with a wire wheel on the dremel to clean off the threads.
Also, if you grab hold and it doesnt want to come out. Try tightening and if that doesnt work hit with a solder iron. Place the iron tip on the screw for a few minutes and it will come out much easier.
