I would recommend the newer outdrives. Those require the most work to change out. Get it done and be over with it. All other parts, replace as needed when worn out. As for tuning, the softer 9.75F/10.75R springs with 450 oil and 2.2F/2.7R rear sway bars will make the car much easier to drive. Limit the droop so the upper arms doesn't touch the ackerman and cut the ackerman pivotball threading flush with the nut. Also the AL front upper arm holder is a good idea to have.
