As long as the cells didn't drop below 3.2v each you should be okay. Just never discharge a lipo. If you want to check how much mah you used, just charge it.
I didnt happen to check the cutoff voltage, I just used the discharge cycle on the Hyperion charger for 2s LiPO 2000mah; hopefully it was smarter than I was (LiPO rookie).
