Drilling, Reaming, your making arms move more freely
for handling, as long as you get them to move freely
and not have a lot of play you won't notice a difference.
I use drill bits, I ensure their cutting edge is sharp
and drill the cut on a slow speed and take it out
then come back with a high speed setting going back
n forth to ensure an accurate cut, keep in mind that
factory parts hingepins have play of spec +/-
in essence not everyone's hinge pins are exactly the same
size and thats why I use calipers and drill bits

No matter what method you use, as long as arms move freely
with very little play then you have reached your goal
for a good handling car
