Number 3 you mentioned, isn't that the motor spacer?:

Also, do I need to add the stock motor spacer? Is it necessary? If I put it on it might hinder the heat getting into the motor mount fins to help cool it off.

I'm running a Brushless Novak Havoc Sport.

Or should I got with all 3Racing parts? Are 3Racing parts good? They are significantly cheaper.
