Default Do i need clutch springs or clutch shoes?

I have a video of what is happening to me. I just got new front and rear clutch bearings. The wheels will spin as soon as i start the buggy but the engine stays at idle. The idle is also not high at all. I have 2 links to the video of whats happening:
