Not every motor is the same. Stop listening to the HAS to be over this temp crap. Honestly, if your engine is running at what you think if very good performance and its putting out good smoke, your fine, your engines perfect.
Thats it, you dont need an exact temp. I only use my temp gun to make sure my engine isnt over heated i dont constantly check it. Only after races to make sure its running well. You dont need a temp gun at all really.
