I tried a few more things on my car last night and had it working very nicely indeed. Rather than list everything I've posted my setup

I found the car is extremely responsive to RC changes, e.g at 2.5mm under the camber link at the front the car was a bit understeery, 3.5 had a lot more grip but a bit too much roll, and 3mm was just right.
