it sounds more like you're talking about the caster than toe, is this correct? if this is the case, you are correct that is not normal. i'd be looking at the inner pivot blocks, or possibly a bent inner hinge pin. there are also some previous posts which might explain the problem (defective mold, wrong parts in bag, etc).
Nope, caster remains the same, it's just one of the block (C hub) is more forward than the other.
So if I measure the wheelbase, it won't be the same left side and the right side.
Anyway, if it is the way they designed it...they should be a reason.
