Put a shim behind the rear bearing in the clutchbell. That will allow you to move the flywheel back and the clutchbell forward. You will also shim the botom of the engine mounts. between the chassis and the mount, or between the engine tabs and the mount that will raise the flywheel you dont need much, maybe 2-3MM. try to get the flywheel about level or 1-2 MM higher than the top inside of the chassis. just make sure eveything is secure..you may have to do it a few times to get it right. The cahssis flexes allot and the engine is constant vibrations so you need to account for that, make sure everything is tight, and stable, or it will move when you drive it
