So for buggy silver is a no go. Ive been running silver on alum and black on carbon.(stock setup)

The losi lightened blue alum shoes are good too. In a buggy all green or 2 green and 2 gold either way depends on how you like the clutch to engage. If you use all green it will engage a little sooner and not allow the engine to rev as high. Personally I would advise to stay away from the silver springs in a buggy. They are too stiff and will eat the shoes very quickly.
