I am running the king headz 6061 shoes with 2 gold and 2 green in a 8T 2.0 and the results are perfect. This setup has 1.5 gallons on it and still measure 24.1 on the digital caliper. Plenty of shoe left. I like my clutch to be a little smoother so the softer shoes are the ticket for me personally. Defiantly use 4 shoes you will notice a difference. The losi lightened blue alum shoes are good too. In a buggy all green or 2 green and 2 gold either way depends on how you like the clutch to engage. If you use all green it will engage a little sooner and not allow the engine to rev as high. Personally I would advise to stay away from the silver springs in a buggy. They are too stiff and will eat the shoes very quickly.
