all you'd need is the front shock mount to make it non-IFS
titanium/aluminum screws all around with the lightweight bodysets from proline or tamiya should drop your weight considerably. also the blue lightweight driveshafts.
Wrong the max spur is 96T 64P. That what I got and I dont think higher teeth will clear the cover, there not alot of clearance
