I have the first set you posted up and love them .. i use the clutched drill for r/c and the impact for home/work..
three four weeks before you have to charge the batt .. now thats one batt per driver...so i only use the one for the track and wrenching on my cars at home.. and yes it has a adjustable clutch and 160 is cheaper then i paid
