Take a pair of pliers and turn that "black stick" (this is your throttle linkage, the thing on the end is the ball cup) you want to grip it by the shaft of the ball cup. Turn it until it pops off.

You can remove and reuse your old flywheel/clutch assembly, you should get new clutch shoes and springs though.
