What is main difference between Foam Spec & Rubber spec ?

Booth fore touring.
rubber for tarmac and foam for carped.
probably the bumper is different because the foam version drives indoor and there you have more crashes with the side of the track.
So the foam version will be some bit stronger i think.
there is not much difference between the cars. main thing is the top plate. the foam version is a bit stiffer.
