Lithium grease works bitchin for me because it lets me see how much is where, and also when its time to clean up and regrease...you can tell because the crap turns black as coal.
BUT I dont use lithium grease anymore, I whipped a dollop of nice Moly impregnated grease out of the pitcart for our 1:1 racecar...moly
