I can't do a paypal claim against him because I was nice enough to let him take his time then after 90 days it was to late, that's how he worked it, he gave me loads of excuses and kept stalling until my time for action ran out...then he severed contact with me.....he knows exactly what he is doing. He never rips anyone off in Oklahoma because he's smart enough to know he will wind up in small claims, he plays the game well with total disregard for his reputation.
