I just got a dubro prop balancer for balancing proline buggy tires. I balanced with lead tape from a golf store. When I went to the track, I notice I was alot faster and smoother. It didnt feel as "on the edge" as it was without balanced tires. After 10 runs, I put 1 tire on the balancer, and it is unbalanced because of the dirt. So, on paper balancing makes a difference, but once you run alot dirt gets caked on and the tire becomes off balance. I did notice that I was extremely fast on the first 3 runs, but got slower and slower each run after 10 which is probably because of the tires unbalancing.
